For any cancellation requests or valid concerns, please Call Us or Email Us our customer care team. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order has already been confirmed, packed, and shipped, cancellation might not be possible. However, we at Drivetrain Used Parts will make every effort to process your cancellation. If we cannot do so, you may still return the order. Please review our Return Policy for more information.
You can cancel your order at any time before receiving our confirmation via Call or Email. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed for shipment within 24 hours. Consequently, we will not be able to cancel your order after this 24-hour period. Please note that order cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds are typically processed and credited within 24-48 business hours from the time our warehouse receives your part(s) or package(s). Once our mechanics inspect and verify the returned part(s), we will initiate the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirming the initiation of the refund.
*****Please note, returns may be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Shipping is nonrefundable. If the original payment method was a debit or credit card, it may take up to seven business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
